Julian supports the Assured Hotels team as a Project Manager, drawing on extensive operational and strategic experience to coordinate and strengthen project delivery and client outcomes.

He brings 35 years of hospitality experience as an operator, General Manager and Company Director across owned and managed hotels, alongside time as Director of Asset Management for a London investment firm.

This allows him to now specialise in strategic guidance for independent hotels and small groups, combining practical and commercial insight to help owners, directors, lenders and investors maximise asset value throughout the business lifecycle.
