With a proven record as a hotel and events venue operator, Dale’s career has been across various areas of the sector. This exposure to the different disciplines within the business has required an ability to balance the needs of the business with regards to finance, operations, health and safety and the other areas of the hospitality industry. Recent projects have involved hotel and wedding venue openings where a need for exposure and marketing had to be offset against financial stability.

Many of the previous engagements involved award winning hotels and events venue groups, often with a need to manage new build projects and renovations or with a turnaround on operations and profit at the centre of the role. This has involved ensuring accurate budgeting for the purpose of funding, controlling cash flow and ensuring key procurement contracts to benefit the business.
