Robert has been working with the Directors of Assured Hotels for 9 years and Operations Manager for the last 5 drawing on his 20 years of Hospitality experience. During this time he has worked on numerous bank led projects ranging from independent business reviews through to administration and disposal cases, as well as many turnaround and consultancy cases directly for private investors and owners. This has included consultation on full hotel refurbishment projects from initial concept through to completion and launch process.

With the rising focus on H&S compliance he has undertaken both his NEBOSH General and Fire Certificates to help us ensure that we are in a position to assist in safeguarding all stakeholders in relation to statutory matters. With a strong belief in the benefit of training he has developed and implemented a training programme for an international contract caterer that is being delivered in multiple sites
