Karim recently joined Assured Hotels as Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience in the finance sector looking across a variety of sectors including hotels, care and property development.

He has taken senior finance roles in a number of operating companies in various states such as growth, start-ups, exits and turnaround so has first hand knowledge of what is required across these differing situations.  He also brings M&A and capital raising skills from his banking career, which brings an external focus alongside ensuring the internal financial operations and reporting are appropriate to the asset.

He is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant as well as being an investment banker for 20 years.
